Deadly collapse at Sao Paolo's Itaquera Stadium
Part of the stadium that will host the 2014 World Cup opener
in Brazil collapsed on Wednesday, killing at least two people and causing
significant damage, authorities said, the latest setback plaguing what should
be soccer's signature event. The part of a 500-ton metal structure cut through
the outer walls of Sao Paulo's Itaquerao Stadium, destroying some of the seats
on the east side of the venue and crashing into a massive LED panel that runs
across the stadium's facade. FIFA has set a December deadline for all 12 World
Cup venues to be ready.
Turd world nations hosting events like World Cup is a real joke. See? This bass ackward country is nothing more than cardboard and tin highrise flats, bands of thieves roving the tourist areas gutting and raping tourists, (never reported by the mud lover media), and we haven't even discussed the open sewage issue that is countrywide. Do not go to brazil.
